Last week, our CEO Erik McMillan had the privilege to attend the Mobile Marketing Summit in New York. Mr. McMillan was moderator for a panel with Anthony Price, senior director of digital marketing and PR for Michaels Store, Inc. During the panel, Mr. Price discussed how QR codes and SMS will be the main focus in driving holiday sales.
“We believe that this rich content, such as QR codes, will ultimately increase sales for Michaels,” said Price. “It’s about how we can enhance and build other engagement platforms to further engage our customers.”
