Retail RAMP October 2012
The October 2012 Retail RAMP conference in Chicago just wrapped up on Wednesday and by all accounts, it was a great show. Some of the world’s most recognized retail brands filled each of the workshops, presentations and panels where the discussions centered around everything that is mobile. Mobile strategy, payment systems, application development, GEO fence, micro-cell marketing, MDM. Some of the most innovative new functionality to add to retailers’ arsenal of marketing tools were represented.

BestFit Mobile and CompuCom
Mobile strategy partners CompuCom Systems and BestFit Mobile joined together as the premiere sponsors of the show and did not let the retail attendees down with their live demonstrations of the very latest in precise mobile marketing and traffic flow analysis tools. Centered around customer and associate facing mobile applications and enabled by micro cell, LEB beacons, the system developed by BestFit, lets retailers improve their targeting of custom messaging, digital offers and coupons to their customers.
